Information systems

The tasks of the Center are carried out by several information systems. Below is a brief summary of each, followed by more detail on the Unified Accounting System, of which the Center is the operator.

List of systems

Unified Accounting System. Technological infrastructure for accounting and information exchange.

Unified analytical platform. Preparation of aggregated data and analytical materials.

Centralized admission check system. Checking whether established participation restrictions are in place.

System for countering illegal internet resources. Identification, recording and processing of information on internet resources showing signs of violations.

System for monitoring the data of gambling business organizers. Checking the completeness and correctness of the information received.

Unified Accounting System

The system keeps records of the information submitted in the established manner and passes it to the participants of the information exchange. On the basis of this information, the participation restrictions established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are enforced.

Role of the operator

The operator of the Unified Accounting System is Gambling Monitoring and Analysis Center LLP. The operator ensures the operation of the system, the receipt and processing of incoming information, and the information exchange between the participants. The legal basis is Resolution No. 1087 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20 December 2024.

What the system provides

The system maintains records of gambling participants to the extent provided by law, provides information on whether participation restrictions have been established, and enables the exchange of information between state bodies and gambling business organizers.
