The grounds and procedure for restricting participation in gambling and betting are established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Who establishes the restrictions
The grounds for restricting participation are defined by law, and decisions on individual persons are taken by the authorized state bodies and the court in the established manner. The Center does not establish such grounds and does not take decisions on individual persons.
Information about established restrictions is recorded in the Unified Accounting System and is used when checking admission.
